Good morning, the sunshine is back after the rain ready for another lovely day for us. Try to get outside for your exercise and take time to stop and listen. What can you hear? Birds? The wind in the trees? How many sounds can you count?

A lovely morning to get up and get going. Did you know that when we exercise our bodies produce endorphins. These endorphins trigger a positive feeling in our brains making us feel better and happier. So that’s a good reason to start the day with PE.

Did you know exercise releases endorphins in our brains that make us feel better and happier? So, if you are feeling fed up doing some exercise will make you feel better. A great reason to start the day with PE.

Today we are using what we have been reading as inspiration to create a character: an alien student! Let’s see what amazing creatures live in the P4/5 imaginations. Once your drawings are ready, please share photos so that we can show the wonderful work that you can do.

P4/5 have been busy bees! Children have been designing, building and flying spaceships; they created and placed kindness messages in the community; they are missing school! We miss you all too 😊
